With over 17 years of award-winning commercial real estate experience, Tommy LeBlanc leads the Greater Houston land market area. His expertise includes land brokerage and development strategy, site selection, and sale/leasebacks. Tommy analyzes each opportunity from the perspective of buyers and sellers in order to create unique strategies to maximize property value and investment returns.
He has worked with notable clients such as Centerpoint Energy, The Lionstone Group, Hines, Beazer Homes, Wood Partners, Johnson Development and Avanti Properties Group. During his successful career, Tommy has negotiated nearly one billion dollars in commercial real estate transactions. He continues to be recognized as a top broker in Houston on numerous occasions in the Houston Business Journal.
Tommy is a board member of the Houston Real Estate Coastal Conservation Association, an active member of Urban Land Institute and a member of the Texas Exes, Houston Chapter. He also participates in the MS 150 bike journey from Houston to Austin to help raise money and awareness for multiple sclerosis.
