Jeff Lindenberger

Managing and co-founding partner has more than 21 years of transactional experience as a consultant and principal across all real estate asset types. Jeff has been involved in more than $2 billion in transactions during his career. Jeff’s responsibilities within MLB include sourcing new deals, leasing and management strategies, and sourcing debt and equity.

In December 2012, Jeff and Todd sold their brokerage operation, Mason Partners to Avison Young, but maintained separate ownership in MLB Capital Partners, LLC to continue investing as a Principal and General Partner in commercial real estate projects. Prior to forming Mason Partners in 2010, Jeff was a shareholder of McDade, Smith, Gould Johnston, Mason + Company for 6 years. Jeff was named 40 under 40 by the Houston Business Journal and is consistently recognized as one of the Houston business Journals Heavy Hitters in Commercial real estate. Jeff was also recently named a “Deal Maker” by NAIOP which offers the opportunity to mentor younger commercial real estate professionals.

Jeff is a native Houstonian and graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Finance and a Master of Real Estate degree. He served as President of the Houston Society of Office and Industrial Brokers and is an active coach in the Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association with his two boys.
