Faith Pate

Faith Pate is a Vice President with MLB Commercial Real Estate. She focuses on Self Storage Investment Sales, Industrial and Landlord Representation.Faith brings a fresh approach working closely with Self Storage Owners looking to sell their facility as well as with buyers looking to grow their portfolio. She helps deliver long term value to both seasoned and first-time owners and has worked closely with the large national Self-Storage REIT’s.

She also assists with Tenant and Landlord representation in industrial and office. She currently leases the Houston Design Center, a 280,000 SF premier design house for Office & Showroom Tenants. Faith also specializes in 3PL Industrial Tenant Representation and has worked with clients such as Siemens and Azteca Third Party Logistics.

Education & Affiliation

Faith earned her Master’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate at Texas A&M University (2017) as well as her undergraduate degree in 2015. Upon graduation and a summer internship with Avison Young, Faith decided to begin her full-time career with Avison Young’s Mason-Lindenberger Team where she spent the following 3 years.

Faith is an active Argus Self Storage Affiliate and has been involved in several organizations in the past including NAIOP, Women’s Finance Exchange (Planning Committee), Association of Corporation Growth (Young Professionals Committee), and CoreNet (Golf Committee). Outside of the office Faith enjoys playing volleyball for the Houston Sports and Social Club and traveling with her fiancé and dog Zeus.
