Blake Steele is a Senior Associate with MLB Commercial Real Estate, specializing in land acquisitions and dispositions for owners, developers, and end-users throughout the Greater Houston area. He focuses on urban and suburban tracts, connecting clients with prime opportunities for residential and commercial development.
Blake handles new business development, market analysis, and transaction negotiation. He works across the full transaction process, including site sourcing, offer structuring, feasibility review, entitlement coordination, and contract execution.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Texas Tech University. Blake serves on the Texas Tech Center for Real Estate’s Recent Alumni Board and is an active member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. He is also a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Hospitality Committee.
